2. Information accuracy

2.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this website is correct, however the risk of error remains. Therefore completeness of content on this website including, but not limited to, specifications, products, descriptions, pricing and availability of stock are subject to change without notice.

2.2 We aim to display the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual products.

2.3 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.

2.4 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

3. Placing an order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

3.2 The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.

3.3 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

3.4 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

3.5 Artwork is printed to order using local printers, where possible, to support our community. We aim to process all UK orders within 7 working days but may be longer if the printers have any unforeseen technical or supply issues. For bespoke or customised products we may notify you of additional production time.

3.6 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

3.7 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

3.8 Any vouchers for this website that are over 6 months old can be considered expired and will not be accepted.

4. Terms of sale

4.1 Any presentation of our goods and/or services does not constitute a binding offer on our part.

4.2 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at anytime.

4.3 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

4.4 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us.

4.5 We hope to be able to fulfill your order but we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time and there will be no contract between us. If we refuse your order we will let you know as soon as is reasonably possible.

4.6 Goods may only be purchased for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Reselling or reproduction of physical products or digital content is forbidden unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement.

4.7 Acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item(s) have been dispatched. Until we dispatch the item(s), no contract will have been formed between us.

4.8 Nothing within these terms and conditions is intended to affect the buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.

4.9 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy.

5. Delivery and carriage charges

5.1 Deliveries are made via Royal Mail in the United Kingdom.

5.2 If you are ordering multiple goods, they may arrive in separate packages, depending on their size/weight.

5.3 Whilst every effort will be made to meet the estimated timescales for a given order they are not guaranteed and we accept no liability or consequential loss for either delays to or non-delivery of your order.

5.4 Please note that delayed delivery shall not be grounds for rejecting goods or terminating the contract.

5.5 If there is no one to accept the order and goods are returned to us we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

5.6 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery, if the carriers are able to make the change. This will delay your delivery.

5.7 If the goods have not arrived within 14 days from when we notified you of dispatch please contact us.

5.8 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

6. Cancellations and returns

6.1 Digital content delivered via the internet, such as downloadable artwork, are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase unless you have already downloaded the content within this period.

6.2 Physical goods may be returned for a full refund, excluding return postage, within 14 days of delivery.

6.3 We can only accept the return of physical goods by prior arrangement. Please see our returns page for more information.

6.4 Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

6.5 The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

6.6 The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

6.7 Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

6.8 Made to order goods - Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalised are exempt from the right to cancel and cannot be returned for a refund unless they are unfit for purpose or not as described.

6.8.1 We wait at least an hour before orders for physical made to order goods are processed. After this period they be can only be changed or cancelled at our discretion.

6.8.2 Made to order goods we supply include, but are not limited to, personalised prints, commissioned artwork, picture frames, mounts, boards and glass.

7. Damaged or defective goods

7.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please send us a message with details of the problem and, if possible, a photograph of any defects or damage. A digital photograph of the problem saves you having to return the goods for inspection.

7.2 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty.

7.3 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged as soon as possible and without charge.

7.4 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund on the items.

8. Liability

8.1 We will not, under any circumstances be liable for any consequential loss as a result of the incorrect supply, late delivery, accidental misrepresentation or any other reason whatsoever whether avoidable or not.

8.2 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, outside scheduled maintenance periods. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

9.1 The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

10. General terms

10.1 Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce any of the remaining terms and conditions. If any of these terms and conditions are unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. The contract between us shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
