- Made to order goods
To complete your order you will be directed to make payment via Stripe.
Stripe and the Stripe API are used to process online card payments without the card information touching our server. We do not store, process or transmit your card details, and never have access to them.
After checking and confirming your order please wait while the transaction is processed and verified. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
If a transaction fails due to a network communication error, or any other reason please contact us as soon as possible.
Artwork is printed to order using local printers, where possible, to support our community. We aim to process all UK orders within 7 working days but may be longer if the printers have any unforeseen technical or supply issues. For bespoke or customised products we may notify you of additional production time.
If you require delivery by a certain date, please contact us and we will try our best to help you.
Delivery is free to mainland UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for.
Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
Due to the variety of shipping rates and duties we do not offer a standard rate for delivery outside of mainland UK (including: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands (includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man).
Instead we prefer to discuss your requirements and find a delivery method that suits your time and budget. For example, it may be more economical to ship or email a print design for framing locally than ordering with a frame direct from us.
If you are not happy with the goods you receive please return them for a full refund, excluding return postage, within 14 days of delivery. We would appreciate the return of goods with the same care and condition they were sent out.
Replacements or refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the goods back but we'll do our best to turn it around quicker.
Digital content, such as downloadable artwork, are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase unless you have already downloaded the content within this period.
Damaged or defective goods
We aim to get our goods to you in the same condition as when they left our hands, however sometimes things get damaged or go missing during transit. Please send us a message with your order number, details of the damage and, if possible, a photograph of any defects or damage.
Please send us a message with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return. We will reply with further instructions.
Made to order goods
Please note that goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalised are exempt from the right to cancel. Please check the details of any custom options you selected or provided prior to confirming your order.
Made to order goods we supply include, but are not limited to, personalised prints, commissioned artwork, picture frames, mounts and glass.
Within an hour of ordering
We wait at least an hour before orders for physical made to order goods are processed. After this period they be can only be changed or cancelled at our discretion.
After an hour of ordering
Made to order goods cannot be returned for a refund unless they are unfit for purpose or not as described.
For some products there may be an option to receive a design proof prior to production. Your order will not proceed until we receive acceptance of the proof from you. If we do not receive acceptance of the proof or have not had a response from you within 5 working days a refund will be issued for that product and we will fulfill any remainder of the order.
Goods that have been made to order, such as personalised prints, are not usually eligible for return, unless faulty, as we are unable to reuse them. We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.
